The RF-4C is the unarmed reconnaissance version of the Phantom with a cockpit that differs from the fighter versions. This is not a model or a flat decal: these are three-dimensional pre-printed and colored decals for the instrument panels, side consoles and seats of the front and rear cockpit. The set serves as an accessory for a plastic RF-4C kit, which you need to have separately.
