This injection-molded plastic kit from Kinetic captures the American carrier jet trainer T-45 Goshawk. The model makes it possible to build the earlier A version as well as the modernized C version with a different instrument panel. Two variants of the nose landing gear leg are included, among them the extended position for a catapult launch.
The T-45 Goshawk is a substantially revised carrier variant of the British trainer BAe Hawk. The US Navy introduced it at the beginning of the 1990s as a replacement for older training machines. The C version received a glass cockpit with digital instruments.
Decide in advance between the A and the C version, because of the different instrument panel. Liquid cement for plastic, a primer and an airbrush are recommended. The striking white and orange training scheme will stand out on a smooth surface; apply the decals over a gloss clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
