This is NOT a model but a set of diorama accessories in 1:48 scale. The package contains a set of transport pallets rendered in injection-molded plastic with a faithful imitation of wood grain. The pallets suit warehouse, harbor, airfield and military scenes, where they give a scene a lived-in, working character.
Take the parts off the sprues, clean up the flash and glue them with modeling cement for plastic. For a realistic look a base of light wood is advisable, with a darker glaze in the gaps and a dry brush to pick out the edges; the pallets can also be damaged a little and dirtied with pigments. Arranging them in groups fills the open areas of a diorama easily.
This is a diorama accessory, not a model on its own. Paints, glue and figures are not included in the package.
