This is a detail resin (3D printed) accessory, specifically a set of replacement wheels for models of the Douglas A-1 Skyraider in 1:72 scale. It is not an airplane model but parts for sharpening a build up, which will replace the wheels from the original kit and move the look of the landing gear to a higher level.

Fitting and painting

First wash the parts free of the remains of the release agent, cut the casting blocks off and sand the surfaces. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways while sanding resin. The tires will appreciate a matte blackish gray, the hubs a metallic shade or one according to the particular machine; masking will make it easier to set the disc apart from the rubber.
