An injection-molded plastic kit of the Avia B-33 ground attack aircraft in 1:72 scale from Kovozavody Prostejov, in the Jupiter in the Sky boxing. The boxing contains decals with the particular markings of that boxing.
The Avia B-33 was the Czechoslovak license production of the Soviet ground attack aircraft Ilyushin Il-10 — an armored attack machine for supporting ground troops, which followed on from the famous Il-2 Shturmovik. The aircraft had heavy armor around the engine and the cockpit, a radial engine and armament combining cannons, machine guns and carried bombs or rockets. The B-33 served in the postwar years with the Czechoslovak Air Force and with other users.
Finish and paint the cockpit and the armor before closing the fuselage. Use a thin modeling cement for plastic, and fill and sand the joints. Treat the surfaces with a base color (primer) before painting, cover them with an airbrush and bring the attack machine to life with light weathering and wear on the leading edges.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
