Dassault Rafale air intakes is a 3D-printed resin set from Reskit in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory for a kit of the French Dassault Rafale fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
A detailed 3D-printed resin set from the Ukrainian brand Reskit, intended to improve a kit of the French multirole fighter Dassault Rafale in 1:72 scale. The set replaces the engine air intakes with faithful parts with a correctly shaped lip and internal duct. It is not an aircraft model but an add-on detail accessory. Compared with the version in 1:48 scale this one is smaller, for small-scale kits.
The simplified air intakes from the plastic kit are replaced by accurately shaped 3D-printed parts with a realistic lip and duct depth. The correct shape of the intakes markedly affects the overall impression of a Rafale model.
Separate the parts carefully from their supporting blocks, wash them free of print resin residue and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Fill and sand the joints with the plastic if needed; protect your airways when sanding resin. Apply a primer before painting. The set is intended for more experienced modelers.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package. It is not a complete aircraft model but an accessory for another kit.
