This 3D-printed resin detail set contains a faithfully rendered engine exhaust nozzle for models of the Convair F-102A Delta Dagger interceptor in 1:72 scale. It replaces the simplified plastic part and gives the tail of the aircraft realistic depth. It is an accessory, not an aircraft model.
The Convair F-102A Delta Dagger was an American supersonic interceptor with a delta wing, part of the air defense of the United States during the Cold War. It was powered by a single turbojet with an afterburner.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut them from the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Pick out the inside of the nozzle with metal shades and a dark wash. In this small scale, work with tweezers and with respiratory protection when sanding.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The glue, the paints and the model are not included in the package.
