About product

Fouga CM.170 Magister wheels 1:72, weighted (Reskit)

This is an accessory detail set, not a model. It contains 3D printed resin wheels for the French Fouga CM.170 Magister jet trainer in 1:72 scale. The tires are made with a flattening at the contact patch, which imitates the load of a parked aircraft.

The real subject

The Fouga CM.170 Magister was a French two-seat jet trainer with its characteristic butterfly tail. From the 1950s it served in many armed forces and was among the most widespread jet trainers of its day.

Usage tips

In the small 1:72 scale the wheels are tiny: separate them carefully from the print supports, clean them up and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply a primer before painting, and mind the orientation of the flattening toward the ground.

Who the set is for

  • Builders of a Fouga CM.170 Magister model in 1:72 scale
  • Modelers who want realistically weighted wheels
  • Anyone after fine 3D printed landing gear accessories

The detail set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The basic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
