Star Decals 1:72 IDF Generic Markings No. 2 is a sheet of wet decals with further brigade and unit markings of Israeli tanks and armored vehicles.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from Star Decals. It follows on from the first part and brings further general brigade and unit recognition markings of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) for tanks and armored fighting vehicles. It is a standalone decal sheet, not a kit: the markings can be used across various models of Israeli vehicles.
The Israel Defense Forces use a system of brigade and unit markings on armored vehicles for quick identification of formations. This second part widens the choice of generic markings that are not tied to a single vehicle type, so a modeler can place them on tanks, carriers and other armored vehicles according to the formation to be portrayed.
Apply the decals onto a smooth surface coated with gloss varnish, so that no silvering occurs under the film. In the small 1:72 scale the markings are tiny, so after sliding them off the soaked paper use a softener and a setting solution to make them settle onto the surface. Finally go over the area with a matte or semi-gloss varnish.
This is a decal sheet only. The model, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
