About product

Yahu Models 1:72 Mil Mi-2 - an Instrument Panel

A pre-painted photo-etched instrument panel in 1:72 scale for the light Mil Mi-2 helicopter. It is not a kit and not a helicopter model but a finished detail part for the cockpit. The panel is made up of laminated etched layers, it is printed in color and it has a gloss varnish that imitates the glass of the instruments. It is glued into a model in place of the part from the original kit.

Use

  • It replaces the plastic or decal instrument panel in a kit.
  • It is glued in with a small drop of super glue; painting is not needed.
  • Suitable for the usual plastic Mi-2 models in 1:72 scale.
  • It gives the glazed cockpit depth and legible instruments.

Who it is for

For modelers of helicopters who want to raise the detail of a clearly visible cockpit quickly and without painting. Because of the small parts it is better suited to more advanced builders used to photo-etch and super glue.

This is an accessory, not a stand-alone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
