This is a set of four resin, 3D printed cluster bombs in 1:72 scale from the manufacturer Reskit. It is not an aircraft model but an armament accessory with which you will replace or complete the external stores of an aircraft model. The parts are supplied unpainted and unassembled.
The Mk 20 Rockeye II is an American cluster aircraft bomb intended above all against armored and ground equipment. The CBU-59 APAM variant adds effects against personnel and lighter targets. The weapon was deployed on a large scale on a range of American combat aircraft from the 1960s to more recent conflicts and suits a wide variety of carrier-based and land-based machines.
First wash the parts free of release agent residue, cut the print supports away carefully and fit them together. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Protect your airways when sanding. A primer coat is recommended, followed by shading and weathering according to the scheme you choose.
The set contains accessory parts only. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
