The set contains four Mk.83 bombs fitted with fins of the BSU-35 series. The parts are printed from resin by 3D printing technology, have a fine surface relief and complete or replace the simplified armament of plastic kits.
The Mk.83 is an American aircraft bomb of roughly the 450 kg (1000 pound) weight class from the Mk 80 family. It was used by a number of combat aircraft of the US Navy and the US Air Force. The conical BSU-35 type fin serves for a low-drag release.
Wash the parts free of print resin residue, separate the supports and sand the surfaces. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue. When sanding resin, protect your airways and use a primer before painting.
The set contains resin parts and is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
