A plastic kit of the prewar Czechoslovak aircraft Praga E-241 in 1:72 scale from the Czech company RS Models. The package offers decals for three marking options; it is a short-run injection-molded model, so check the exact contents against the enclosed instructions.
The Praga E-241 was a Czechoslovak trainer and liaison aircraft of the mid-1930s, powered by a Walter Pollux II radial engine. The prototype flew in 1936 and around eighty machines were built in all, serving in the Czechoslovak Air Force until the spring of 1939. The machine was used above all for training and for auxiliary duties.
Clean the flash off the short-run parts and try the fit dry. Use a thin cement for gluing the plastic and finish the small parts by sanding. Apply a primer before painting; an airbrush suits the spraying. Lay the decals over a smooth gloss varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
