Pz.Kpfw 38(t) Ausf.A 1:72 is a simple injection-molded kit of a light tank of Czechoslovak origin from First to Fight.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Pz.Kpfw 38(t) light tank in the Ausf.A version, that is, of a machine derived from the Czechoslovak LT vz. 38. Like the whole of this range, the model is laid out as a simple one, with parts that fit well and a quick build suited even to the less experienced. The package contains plastic parts and a decal sheet.
The tank was created in a Czechoslovak arms works as a modern light tank, the LT vz. 38, with a riveted hull, a dependable suspension and a 37 mm gun. After the occupation of Czechoslovakia the Wehrmacht took it over on a large scale under the designation Pz.Kpfw 38(t) and used it in the first campaigns of the war. The chassis later became the basis for a whole family of tank destroyers and self-propelled guns.
Thanks to the straightforward layout this is a quick project. Liquid cement for plastic, a primer and an airbrush are recommended. Early machines usually wore a single-color German field gray; the riveted surface of the hull comes out well after light accentuation and a dusting of weathering on the running gear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
