What the set is for

Resin wheels raise the realism of the landing gear: they have sharper detail on the valves, the hubs and the tire profile than the injection-molded parts. They tend to be cast with a suggestion of flattening under the weight of the aircraft, so that the model sits naturally on its base.

Usage tips

First wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut them carefully from the casting blocks and sand them with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The tires and the hubs are easily painted separately before gluing.
