An injection-molded plastic kit of the Russian mobile anti-aircraft missile system TOR-M2 (NATO reporting name SA-15 Gauntlet) in 1:72 scale from Zvezda. It is a new mold with a large number of parts. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The TOR-M2 is a modern short-range anti-aircraft system derived from a design of the 1980s and modernized for destroying aircraft, helicopters, guided missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles. The system can engage even while on the move and it combines the radar and the launcher on a single tracked chassis.
First finish the running gear and the chassis, and only then close the hull. For a convincing look use a primer, an airbrush and, at the end, washes and pigments for mud and dust effects. Fit the small antennas and details only at the end of the build.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
