A finely cast resin kit of the military version of the Zetor 25 tractor in 1:72 scale from Planet Models. It is a kit for experienced modelers; besides the resin parts it contains a photo-etched fret, decals and a 3D printed towbar with which the tractor can be linked to a model of an early jet fighter.
The Zetor 25 was among the first products of postwar Czechoslovak industry and was the very first tractor of the Zetor brand. It was made until the beginning of the 1960s in hundreds of thousands and was widely exported. Besides farming it also served with the army, where it was often used to tow jet aircraft around airfields; frequently it was machines such as the MiG-15 or the MiG-17 that it pulled.
This is a resin kit for experienced modelers. First wash the mold release residue off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways when sanding resin. Apply a primer before painting, then use an airbrush and weather with washes and pigments; use the towbar for a striking scene with an aircraft under tow.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
