This product is a modeling paint, not a kit. Revell Email Color is a synthetic enamel paint on a solvent base (it is not an acrylic) and comes in a tinlet of 14 ml. Shade number 47 Mouse Grey has a flat finish and the manufacturer declares it as RAL 7005. It is a neutral, muted gray leaning slightly toward green, with no blue cast.
It is thinned with Revell Color Mix or mineral spirits, never with water. Stir the paint thoroughly, because the pigment settles. A flat gray is a rewarding base for washes and pigments, since a flat surface holds them. Under decals, however, always spray a gloss varnish, because decals silver over a flat coat.
For modelers who need a dependable neutral gray, whether as the main shade of a vehicle, as an undercoat or for details and accessories. Suitable for brush and airbrush alike.
Safety: flammable liquid, and the vapors irritate the airways. Work in a well ventilated space and use respiratory protection when spraying. Keep out of the reach of children and away from sources of ignition and open flames.
