This is a gray tone from the Vallejo Model Air range. The name refers to the gray camouflage of training adversaries, that is the machines that play the enemy in flight training. Such finishes are built on several closely related shades of gray between which the transitions are subtle and the difference shows only side by side. That is exactly why it pays to compare the shade against the kit instructions and against the other grays you will use on the model before you start spraying a whole surface.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use so that the pigment settled at the bottom is dispersed through the whole volume. Apply the paint in thin coats and add the next one only once the previous has dried; coverage is built up gradually, and one thick coat fills the detail. Choose the thinner and the thinning ratio according to the instructions stated by the manufacturer on the packaging; the thinner intended for this range is the suitable one. After work, wipe the rim of the bottle and close it carefully, otherwise the paint dries around the cap.
It suits builders of modern aircraft who need a gray tone for a multi-color scheme, but it will also serve on accessories and vehicles wherever a neutral gray is needed.
