An accurate graver (scriber blade) 0.4 mm wide of carbide (tungsten carbide) for engraving and restoring panel lines on plastic models. It is not a kit but a modeling tool. The blade is used in a matching handle and suits fine, clean engraving.
Hold the blade at an angle of roughly 45 to 60 degrees and draw it lightly over the surface; engrave the line with repeated light strokes, not with one heavy one. The width of 0.4 mm gives a more pronounced line, suited to larger scales as well.
For modelers who restore panel lines or engrave details of their own. A matching blade handle is needed for the work.
