Responsibility details are not available.
A resin Kh-25MP guided missile in 1:72 scale from the Russian brand Temp Models. The resin print manages the thin control fins as well as the intricate rear end, which a plastic mold cannot handle in a small scale. It is not an aircraft model but a separate store to be hung under the wing of a finished model.
The Kh-25 is a Soviet tactical air-to-ground missile built as a modular family: a common body is completed with different guidance sections. The letters MP mark the anti-radiation version, which finds its target from the transmission of a hostile radar. The crew of the station is thus left to choose between switching the radar off and having it destroyed, which is the whole point of this category of ordnance. The missile is lighter than specialized heavy anti-radiation weapons.
Release the missile body from the supports on a work mat and without bending it. Sand the marks down with fine paper and wet sand, with respiratory protection. Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water before painting. Check the control fins against the light to see whether they are twisted. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue).
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
