A resin set of sensors and antennas for a MiG-35 model in 1:48 scale from the Russian brand Temp Models. These are the small protruding items on the airframe, which in plastic tend to be needlessly thick, because a thinner shape would not come out of the mold. Printing in resin manages fine sections. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory for a finished model.
The MiG-35 is the latest step in the development of the line that began with the MiG-29, and its external equipment differs noticeably from the older machines. Besides the air data probes and communication antennas it carries items tied to radar warning and to passive surveillance of the surroundings. It is precisely the make-up of this small fit that tends to tell a modeler which version of the family a machine is, so it is worth rendering faithfully.
Work over a surface and with tweezers that have smooth jaws. Cut the supports off with a new blade; never break them. Cut off the original plastic stubs from the kit and smooth the area. Fit them only once the varnishing and the weathering are finished, so that masking tape does not catch on the parts. Apply the glue with a pin in the tiniest drop.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
