A detail set in 1:72 scale from the Russian manufacturer Temp Models. For it the manufacturer gives the full range of sensors, antennas and air pressure sensors fitted to production Su-35S aircraft of various modifications; as the material it gives resin. The set replaces the coarse plastic bumps from the kit and does not make up an aircraft model.
The Su-35S is a deeply upgraded fighter of the Su-27 family with new avionics, a new radar and engines with thrust vectoring. The new equipment also brought a different set of antennas and sensors than on the older aircraft of the family, so the small bumps on the airframe belong among the most reliable marks of a particular version. That is exactly why it makes sense to replace the coarse plastic parts with finer ones.
For this set the manufacturer gives resin as the material. First wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water and let them dry thoroughly, or the primer will not hold. Separate them from the carrier with a sharp scalpel or a saw and sand the cut. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue, that is with super glue. Lay down a filler primer before painting and do the sanding wet and with respiratory protection.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
