History of the Turán medium and heavy tanks in World War II is a book title from the Polish publisher Kagero that belongs to the literature on ground vehicles. It is a printed publication, not a kit and not an accessory for a model.
The Turán was a Hungarian tank of the Second World War, based on a design of Czechoslovak origin taken over under license. Versions with differing armament came about in turn; the more heavily armed one was designated a heavy tank in Hungarian usage, even though by weight it corresponded rather to the medium category. It is this period classification that explains the wording in the title of the publication.
Hungarian armored vehicles are a marginal subject in modeling, and the kits for them tend to be short-run with sparing instructions. A picture publication helps to tell the individual versions apart, which with the Turán is crucial: they differ in armament, in the turret and in details of the hull, and individual machines differed even within one version. At the same time it serves as background for the colors and markings.
This is a printed publication, not a model. Check the extent and the language of the edition in the imprint of the publication.
