HMS-01 30 Minutes Sisters - Body Color A is a body shade from the eight-item range that Gunze put together specifically for the 30 Minutes Sisters figure kits from Bandai.
Responsibility details are not available.
This bottle did not come about as a general item for a palette but as an accessory to one particular kit line. Gunze listed eight items for the 30 Minutes Sisters figures, and the letters A, B and C in them refer to the three body tones in which Bandai molds the individual figures. HMS-01 stands on the first of those. The binder is acrylic.
It is an offshoot of the 30 Minutes Missions kits: instead of robots, female figures are assembled that can be taken apart into interchangeable units. Bodies, hairstyles and face parts are sold separately, so a modeler puts together a combination of their own across several boxes. That is exactly why matching the tone of the molded plastic matters more in this line than on a standalone figure: a painted part has to sit with the parts that stay in their original color.
For modelers who build 30MS in larger numbers and mix parts between sets, and for those who want to take a figure beyond plain assembly. Anyone not building this line will reach for an ordinary body shade from a general palette; the point here is that the shade is tied to one particular plastic.
