Responsibility details are not available.
A flat, opaque acrylic paint thinnable with water from the Model Color line in a 17 ml dropper bottle. It is a modeling paint, not a kit. Model Color is the thicker paint intended above all for brush application; for an airbrush thin it with water or an airbrush thinner - it is not the Model Air line, which can be sprayed straight from the bottle. The shade corresponds to the standards RAL8017 and FS30059.
The name Hull Red is no accident: it denotes the red-brown paint of the underwater part of ship hulls - that is, the typical anti-corrosion, rust-red coating below the waterline that you know from ship models and from real dry docks alike.
Hull Red is the most distinctive of these browns - it is a red-brown, not an earthy brown. Do not confuse it with the others: Leather Brown is the leather brown for equipment and straps, Chocolate Brown is the dark brown for shading and Flat Brown is the universal brown for earth and mud. If you are building a ship or dealing with rust and a red-brown primer, Hull Red is what belongs in the palette.
For ship modelers (an indispensable paint for the underwater part of a hull), builders of military vehicles who work with rust and chipped paint, diorama makers and railroad modelers. Lay it down in thin coats and shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
A safety note: ensure enough ventilation when spraying and protect your airways with a respirator. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.
