Intense Yellow - Artistic Dense Acrylic Color is a dense acrylic paint by AK interactive: a rich, clean yellow highlight for figures and small signal areas.
Responsibility details are not available.
Intense Yellow is a bottled acrylic paint from the dense Artistic Dense range. The binder is acrylic, so it is thinned with water or with acrylic thinner; an oil paint, a spray or a weathering product of the same name are completely different goods with different chemistry. The shade is a clean, highly saturated yellow with no earthy shift — against the warmer golden yellows it looks sharper and cooler.
On a figure a rich yellow has two main roles. Either it is a signal area in itself — pennants, insignia, warning elements, parts of equipment — or it is the highest highlight in warm areas. A drop into ocher, brown or green pulls out the edge of a fold without bleaching it, which is a cleaner route than adding white. Drawn as a glaze over ocher fabric it gives the cloth a warm cast without covering it. Over a dark surface count on more layers than over a light one; check that on an offcut, not straight on a figure.
For modelers of figures and dioramas who want a rich yellow usable both on areas of its own and as a lightening admixture in warm mixes.
The product is intended for modeling use. Keep out of the reach of children and close the bottle carefully after work.
