Light Brown Splash Mud

Vallejo Light Brown Splash Mud

A light brown water-based weathering effect from the Vallejo range. It is a thick, textured acrylic preparation with real pigments that imitates dried mud and its splashes. It is used straight from the package, and once dry it is matte and holds firmly. The light brown shade suits dusty, dried-out soil.

Use

• It is applied with a brush or a spatula to running gear, tracks, wheels and the lower parts of vehicles.
• It is suitable for the boots and lower parts of figures too, or for the surfaces of dioramas.
• It can be layered and combined with further effects for believable dirt.
• As needed it can be thinned slightly with water for a finer application.

Who it is for

For modelers of military hardware and builders of dioramas who want to create dried mud and splashes quickly and realistically. It is not a paint for a flat coat but a textured effect for the final soiling of a model.

A water-thinnable acrylic product. Work in a ventilated space, close the container well after use and protect it from frost.
