Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from UM (UniModel). The model captures the German armored train PZ-28 in its basic rendition from the autumn of 1941, put together from captured components. The kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted and suits a railway diorama as well as a military one.
Armored trains served in the Second World War to protect lines, to carry loads and to give fire support. The PZ-28 train grew out of captured rolling stock and was deployed on the Eastern Front. The formation usually joined armored gun and infantry cars with a locomotive into a single fighting unit.
Bond the parts with liquid modeling cement for plastic. Finish and paint the running gear and the interior of the cars before the body is closed up. For weathering, use washes and pigments for mud and dust effects, which bring out the wear on equipment deployed at the front. We recommend a primer and an airbrush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
