A fuller photo-etched set of the Eduard brand for a model of the attack helicopter AH-64A Apache in the early form, 1:35 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A fret of photo-etched metal parts for a model of the attack helicopter AH-64A Apache in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit but an accessory for a part-built model: thin metal stands in for the places where a plastic molding necessarily comes out thicker than reality. The code places the item in the fuller of the photo-etched lines of the Eduard brand.
The Apache has a tandem cabin, in which the gunner sits at the front and the pilot behind him. It carries its armament on stub wings, under the nose it has a movable cannon and it stands on wheeled landing gear. The attribute Early in the name points to the early guise of the machine, that is the production state before the later changes of equipment. The early and the later pieces differ precisely in the small things that are looked at most during a build.
Separate the parts from the fret with a sharp blade on a hard surface and sand the remaining tab down. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue; ordinary glue for polystyrene does not hold on metal. Make the bends in a bending tool or between two blades, and shape longer strips gradually in small pieces, not in one movement. Before painting, wash the metal, degrease it and apply a covering primer, otherwise the paint will not hold on the smooth surface.
For builders who want to take a model to competition form and are not afraid of working with metal. Under the same name there is also an item with the code ED33371 from the narrower Zoom line, so go by the code when ordering. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
