Violet Fluorescent

Vallejo Premium Color Violet Fluorescent, a fluorescent acrylic paint

Violet Fluorescent is a water-thinnable acrylic paint from the Vallejo Premium Color range in a glowing violet fluorescent shade. The paint is ready for spraying directly with an airbrush and suits eye-catching highlight coats, custom finishes, fantasy subjects and artistic use. Fluorescent pigments are brilliant but cover less well and have lower lightfastness.

Use

• It is applied with an airbrush, or with a brush; it is thinned with water or with the thinner of the same brand
• Fluorescent shades show best over a white or light base
• For durability and resistance, overcoat with a clear varnish
• Shake thoroughly before use

Who it is for

For modelers and artists who need a striking glowing violet accent or a custom effect. Suitable for an airbrush and for detail work.

Work in a ventilated space. Fluorescent shades cover less well and have lower lightfastness, so a light base and a protective varnish are recommended.
