RAF WWII PILOT UNIFORMS is a set of four acrylic paints of 17 ml each for painting the uniforms of British airmen of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of four acrylic paints intended for figures, each in a bottle holding seventeen milliliters. The shades are chosen to cover the flying dress of British crews of the Second World War, that is the base tone, the shadows and the highlights. The paints are thinnable with water, can be applied with a brush and with an airbrush and mix with one another, so you can build transitional tones from them as well.
On figures work in layers, that is apply heavily thinned paint repeatedly rather than one thick coat. Leave the base tone in the deep folds, add the shadow in the recesses and the highlight on the raised edges. For smooth transitions a wet palette works well, as the paint does not dry so quickly on it. Let the layers dry thoroughly before a clear coat, otherwise the thin glazes will dissolve. Stir the paint before use, as the pigment settles when it stands.
On figures in smaller scales it is better to raise the contrast. What looks exaggerated on a small figure evens out into a natural impression at arm's length.
Keep the paints out of the reach of children and do not let them freeze.
