About product

Sanding sticks set, Mirage Hobby

A set of double-sided modeling sanding sticks from the Polish manufacturer Mirage Hobby with various grits. It lets you go through the whole sanding sequence, from coarser removal of material to fine final smoothing of the surface before painting.

Use

  • Removing mold parting lines and flash from parts.
  • Leveling and cleaning up glued joints.
  • Gradual smoothing of the surface from coarser to finer grit.
  • Preparing plastic before applying primer and paint.

Who it is for

For modelers who want several grits at hand at once and want to move smoothly from coarser sanding to fine. The sanding sticks can be washed and used again.

Sand with judgment so that you do not wear through thin parts. For longer sanding, and if you are sensitive to dust, we recommend ventilation or respiratory protection.
