Responsibility details are not available.
A resin model of a technical standing ladder for the MiG-29 in 1:48 scale from the Russian brand Temp Models. Unlike the boarding ladder for the pilot, this kind of structure serves for maintenance: technicians use it to reach the engines, the spine of the fuselage or the armament. Printing in resin holds the thin rungs and the frame in one piece. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory for a scene.
More people than just the crew move around a combat aircraft at an airfield. Maintenance means reaching places high above the ground, and technicians therefore use standing ladders different from the ones the pilot boards by: they tend to be wider, they have a working platform and they stand wherever they happen to be needed. In a diorama they are rewarding precisely because they offer a place for a figure of a technician.
Release the thin parts from the supports with a new blade over a working surface. Sand the burrs with fine abrasive paper, wet. Assemble the structure on a flat surface and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue. Workshop equipment tends to be scuffed and grubby, so it is worth suggesting chipping, stains and dust on the feet.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
