A matte primer in a wooden deck shade from Titans Hobby combines the base coat with the basic tone of wood.
Responsibility details are not available.
A base coat in a matte finish and in a wooden deck shade. The primer makes sure that further coats hold on smooth plastic, resin and metal, and at the same time gives the area the basic tone of wood. With ship decks, wooden floors and boxes that saves a lot of time, because building the base shade up from a gray base falls away.
It is applied with an airbrush in thin coats onto a clean, degreased and dry surface. It is used as a base for wooden decks, floors, boxes, ladders, fences and wooden structures in dioramas. The grain of the wood is then built on it with oil paints, glazes or a dark wash pulled along the grain.
Keep the first coat thin, otherwise you will fill in the engraved structure of the planks. Never leave wood in a single shade: vary the individual planks slightly so that they differ from each other. A dark wash pulled along the grain brings out the seams and gives the area depth. Test the shade and the procedure on a test piece, because wood has a very wide range of tones.
Shake the paint thoroughly before use. Work in a ventilated room and keep it out of the reach of children.
