WWII USAAF Aircraft Colors (4x 17ml)

AK Interactive WWII USAAF Aircraft Colors – an acrylic paint set

This set from the AK Interactive brand contains four acrylic paints from the modeling line 3rd Generation, each in a bottle of 17 ml. The shades reproduce the typical camouflage schemes of the US Army Air Forces of the Second World War — the basic olive green upper color, the neutral gray undersurface and the additional shades used for camouflage and for service in different theaters. They are water-thinnable acrylics suitable for airbrush and brush alike, formulated with the reduced scale in mind.

Use

• Application with an airbrush or a brush onto a properly prepared surface
• For the airbrush, thin the paint with acrylic thinner or water and spray at low pressure
• Olive green on the upper surfaces, neutral gray on the lower ones
• Additional shades for camouflage patches and variant schemes
• Suitable for aircraft models in scales from roughly 1:72 to 1:32
