Exhaust Wash

AK interactive Exhaust Wash 35 ml

A ready-to-use wash on an enamel (solvent-based) formula from AK interactive in a 35 ml bottle. It is neither a kit nor a paint for overall coats, but a weathering product intended for the effects of exhaust gases, sooting and deposits around exhausts, nozzles and engine areas. It serves well on modern aircraft, and just as well on metal parts and sci-fi models.

Use

• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Apply it over a surface sealed with acrylic clear coat — best around exhausts, nozzles and in sooted areas.
• Let the wash flow into the details and build shadows and gas deposits.
• Soften and spread the excess and the transitions with a brush lightly moistened in mineral spirits (odorless turpentine), following the airflow.
• By layering you can build the level of grime up step by step.
