The GAS HANS eye bolt 3.0 mm is a set of miniature eyes for detailing models: grips for cables and chains, tying down loads and lashing points. It is not a kit but supplementary material.

A set of miniature bolts with an eye of a size of 3.0 mm. The eye is a closed ring on a shank, so a wire, a cord or a link chain can be drawn through it. On a model it serves as a grip for tow cables, for tying down a load, for the fastenings of tarpaulins, as a lashing point on a truck bed, as a deck tie-down or as a connecting element of diorama structures. It is not a model or a kit but modeling material for detailing.
The dimension is not a scale
The figure of 3.0 mm is the real size of the part, not the scale of the model. Within this line it is the largest size, as the range starts below one millimeter. Larger eyes suit large scales and places where the grip is meant to look robust; small sizes suit fine detail. What decides is therefore the intended look, not the scale of the kit.
Pre-drill the place of installation with a micro drill of the diameter of the shank, because small eyes cannot be pressed into plastic by force and the material around them bulges. Settle the part with tweezers and fix it with a drop of super glue applied from below or from the side, so that the glue does not flood the opening of the eye. If the opening does get flooded, clean it out with the tip of a needle while the glue has not yet hardened. Draw the cable or the chain through only once everything is dry and painted, otherwise the paint will close the opening. Degrease the area before painting and apply a primer.
