FERN 1/32 AND 1/35

Ferns for 1:32 and 1:35 scale

A scenery accessory from AK Interactive: miniature ferns in a fresh green coloring, intended as a universal material for 1:32 and 1:35 scale. Ferns are among the most typical plants of European forest undergrowth — on a diorama they create the impression of a damp, overgrown place at once and pleasantly break up uniform areas of terrain.

Use

• Shape the individual plants lightly before fitting them, so that they look naturally curved.
• Fit them into holes in the terrain or glue them with a drop of PVA or cyanoacrylate glue.
• They look excellent in groups at the foot of trees, around stones, low walls and parked vehicles.
• Combine them with grass tufts, moss and fallen leaves for a richer undergrowth texture.

Who it is for

For builders of dioramas and vignettes in 1:32 and 1:35 scale who want to lift terrain from a flat patch of grass to a credible piece of nature. The green ferns suit spring and summer scenes; for an autumn mood they can be combined with the dry variant.

This is a scenery material, not a kit. Glue and other aids are not included in the package.
