Field Green (FS 34097 / ANA627)

Mr.Paint Field Green (FS 34097 / ANA 627)

Mr.Paint Field Green (FS 34097 / ANA 627) is a lacquer-based modeling paint from the Slovak manufacturer Mr.Paint. It is not a kit but a paint in a 30 ml bottle, pre-thinned and ready to be sprayed with an airbrush straight from the bottle. Lacquer paints are thinned with lacquer thinner, not with water; they dry very fast and form an extremely thin, smooth coat with strong coverage that preserves even fine engraving and surface detail. It is applied exclusively with an airbrush.

Field Green is a dark field green shade matching the American FS 34097 (ANA 627) standard. It is used as a topcoat green on American aircraft and military vehicles. Choose the particular scheme and the combination with other shades according to the subject you are building.

Use

• Applied exclusively with an airbrush, in thin coats straight from the bottle.
• Sprayed over a cured primer, which evens out both coverage and adhesion.
• Fast drying allows early masking and the layering of further shades.
• For thinning and cleaning use the lacquer thinner of the same brand, never water.
• A topcoat green for American aircraft and vehicles

Who it is for

For modelers who want to paint the dark field green of American vehicles and aircraft in a faithful shade to the standard. Because of the way it is applied, it will be appreciated above all by airbrush users - from more advanced beginners to experienced builders.
