A pre-thinned lacquer (acrylic lacquer) modeling paint from Mr.Paint intended exclusively for airbrush application. The shade matches American medium gray per Federal Standard 595 (FS 36270), a color widely used on modern American military equipment — among other things on the upper and side surfaces of F-16 fighters (the Hill Gray camouflage scheme) and in newer low-visibility finishes. The paint is ready to spray straight from the bottle, has a fine pigment, good coverage, dries quickly and leaves a semigloss surface.

Use

• Upper and side surfaces of modern American fighters (e.g. the F-16)
• Gray camouflage and low-visibility finishes of US Air Force aircraft
• Applied with an airbrush in thin coats, ideally over a good primer
• If needed, thin with the matching lacquer thinner from the same brand
