About product

AK 3rd Generation Acrylics Grim Brown, 17 ml

A water-thinnable acrylic modeling paint from the 3rd generation line by AK Interactive. Grim Brown is a subdued, somewhat dirty and grayish brown that suits aged, faded and dusty surfaces. The package is a bottle of 17 ml, and it is flat once dry.

Use

  • It goes on with a brush and with an airbrush; thin the paint for the airbrush as needed.
  • It is thinned with water or with an acrylic thinner and cleaned up with water as long as it has not dried.
  • Suitable for vehicles worn by service, faded wood and subdued earth surfaces.
  • A dense pigment with good covering power that does not clog when spraying.

Who it is for

For modelers looking for a neutral dark earth tone without a marked warmth for realistic aging in acrylic (water-thinnable) chemistry.

Shake well before use. Work in a ventilated space and protect yourself from breathing in the aerosol when spraying.
