The package is prepared for the Fujimi 421742 kit of the Japanese battleship Hiei. The name lists three components: a deck surface with wood grain, film for masking and accessories in photo-etched metal. The reduction is missing from the name, so compare the dimensions with the kit you already have at home.
The Hiei was the second unit of the same four as the Kongo and the naval yard at Yokosuka built her. In the 1930s international treaties cost her part of her armament and she served as a training ship, but later she returned to the ranks of the fast battleships and she was used as an imperial escort vessel too. In the night battle off Guadalcanal in November 1942 she suffered heavy damage and became the first Japanese battleship lost in the war. As an imperial vessel she also had fitted-out spaces that the others did not have.
Lay the film onto a finished and degreased surface, press the edges down and spray the paint in thin coats, so that it does not run under the edge. Seat the deck surface only onto smooth areas free of projections. Leave the metal accessories until the end and hold them with tweezers until the glue sets.
