About product

IONIC Dark Red (AMMO) — an acrylic paint for figures

IONIC Dark Red is a water-thinnable acrylic paint from the range intended for painting figures, miniatures and wargaming models. It is a dark, muted red shade suited above all to shadows and deeper transitions. It has high pigment saturation and dries to a durable matte surface.

Use

  • Thinned with water or an acrylic thinner; suitable for brush and airbrush.
  • Shake well before use and apply in thin coats.
  • Ideal as a shadow layer under lighter red shades and in recesses.
  • It takes washes, oils, pigments and a clear coat afterward.

Who it is for

For painters of figures and miniatures who build color transitions and need a dark red for realistic shading.

The paint is a water-thinnable acrylic. Keep out of the reach of children and ventilate while airbrushing. It is not a spray or a lacquer.
