Israeli Air Force Colours Air Series Set

Israeli Air Force colors (AK Interactive, aviation line)

A 3rd Generation acrylic set holding a range of shades for painting aircraft of the Israeli Air Force from roughly the late 1960s onward. It covers the classic desert camouflage scheme as well as the undersides and the later gray finishes, so one set will paint a whole range of Israeli machines of that era. The paints are acrylic, thinned with water.

Use

• Applied with an airbrush as well as a brush; for spraying you thin the paint with acrylic thinner or water.
• The upper surfaces typically in three tones of desert camouflage (sand, sandy yellow and green), the undersides in light blue.
• The shades can be adjusted and mixed with one another according to the particular machine and period.
• We recommend applying them to a smooth, matte-primed surface and stirring the paint thoroughly before spraying.

Who it is for

For aircraft modelers focused on the Israeli Air Force — fighters and tactical machines of the 1970s and 1980s — who want proven shades together in one set.

Acrylic paints thinned with water. Work in a ventilated space and clean the tools with water or an acrylic cleaner straight after use.
