Responsibility details are not available.
Komar is a kit of a free-flight model powered by a rubber motor. The wingspan is 295 mm, the fuselage length 330 mm and the minimum weight around 10 g. The parts are precisely laser-cut, clearly packed and color-coded, which makes the build considerably easier. It is a Czech product with instructions included.
Komar is not a competition special, yet it flies very well even in the hands of less experienced modelers. Rubber power and a light balsa structure make it a classic training free-flight model on which the basics of trimming and adjusting a flight are easy to learn.
Glue the balsa parts with thin modeling cement and take care that the lifting surfaces are set straight. Before the first flight, trim the model carefully and adjust the angles of the wing and the tail surfaces. Flying a free-flight rubber model calls for calmer weather and plenty of open space.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
