Mr.Paint Light Gray (FS 36375)

A lacquer modeling shade of light gray to the American FS 36375 standard from Mr.Paint. It is a lacquer-based paint intended solely for airbrush spraying: it is pre-thinned and ready for immediate use. FS 36375, known in modeling practice as Light Ghost Gray, is used on the lower and side surfaces of modern American fighters in the so-called Ghost camouflage scheme, for example on the F-15, the F-16 and other contemporary machines. Once dry the shade as a rule creates a gently semi-gloss surface.

Use

• Intended solely for the airbrush; it is applied in several thin coats, best over a primer coat
• The recommended working pressure is as a rule between 10 and 25 psi
• Pre-thinned: for ordinary spraying no further thinning is needed, and if required it can be thinned with Mr.Paint thinner or Mr.Hobby lacquer thinner
• Fast drying and the good covering power typical of lacquer paints
• Suited to the lower and side surfaces of modern US fighters in the Ghost scheme (FS 36375)
