Responsibility details are not available.
A rich blue listed under the designation LP-6 Pure Blue from the Tamiya LP lacquer range. The name tells you what it is: a pure blue with no gray, green or purple mixed in, so it is a shade for bold color areas rather than military camouflage. It suits car bodies, sporty and racing liveries, and colored features that are meant to really stand out on a model.
A rich blue reacts very sensitively to what is underneath it. Over a white base it comes out lighter and brighter, over gray it darkens and calms down, and over black it gains depth but needs more coats. Decide on the base before picking up the airbrush, and for two-tone schemes, paint the whole part over the same base, or the difference will show at the boundary. Apply thin coats and finish with the last one perpendicular to the surface, so the area stays even even where spraying is difficult.
The paint alone is supplied. Thinner, a primer, a final varnish and brushes are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
