It is a solvent-based (lacquer) paint that cannot be thinned with water or mixed with acrylics.
For modelers who spray identification stripes and color panels instead of using decals. The shade keeps good depth even in thin coats and stands up to masking.
Lacquer paints are flammable and release solvent vapors. Work in a well-ventilated area, use a respirator and protect your skin and eyes.
