Plusmodel Nuts and bolts – a detail set

The set from the manufacturer Plusmodel holds a large quantity of small resin nuts and bolts that serve to detail models, vehicles and dioramas. The parts are useful anywhere a modeler wants to bring out joints, flanges, hatches or frame structures with faithful castings of fasteners.

Use

  • Cut the individual nuts and bolts off the casting block with a sharp knife.
  • Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue to the required place on the model.
  • Combine various sizes according to the scale and the type of joint.
  • Once varnished and weathered the castings look like real fasteners.
